Our heating & plumbing prices are designed to be clear and upfront, with no hidden surprises. Whether you need a quick repair, a routine service, or a full safety inspection, every callout fee covers our engineer travelling to your property plus up to one hour of labour on site — so you know exactly what you're paying from the moment you book. If a problem can't be resolved within that time, we'll provide a detailed quote for any additional work before going ahead, giving you full control over your costs. All prices below include VAT.

Boiler fault diagnostic visit	£126.00 (£105 + VAT)
Same Day Call Out	£162.00 (£135.00 + VAT)
Standard call plumbing/heating callout including up to 1hour labour:	£126.00 (£105 + VAT)
Per 15 minutes thereafter (on site or travelling for materials)	£31.50 (£26.25 + VAT)
Boiler Service	£144.00 (£120 + VAT)
Gas Fire Service*	£180.00 (£150 + VAT)
Cylinder service	£126.00 (£105 + VAT)

Callouts cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice is subject to a £63 cancellation charge (£52.50 + VAT)

*If a full service is unable to be carried out due to lack of manufacturer'sinstructions, then we will complete basic safety checks and charge labour at the standard hourly rate.

Our fee’s covers the engineer travelling to your property and up to an hour at your property. If the problem is unfixable within that time, we'll give you a quote for the additional works required. This way you know what the total cost of repairs is likely to be.
